"We had first seen this casket in a funeral brochure for an eco-friendly burial. My mom really liked it, but we ended up going to a different funeral home that did not have this casket available. That’s when I found out we could order one ourselves. It was significantly less expensive than the one we first spotted, and yet it was exactly the same one. We had a really positive experience ordering from here. After I ordered it online, they called me to verify the size and shipping. And when I had a question about arrival, they called me back. "I knew that the funeral home was going to charge a minimum of $2,500 for a casket, so I looked online to see if I could get a cheaper one. I came across discountcaskets. I read there information about being able to provide my own casket for my mother and then I called and talked to Joe. He gave us a great deal. We had 2 1/2 weeks before the funeral service, so it wasn't a delivery. Though it arrived later than expected, Joe, communicated well. Everytime I texted him asking where the casket was and when it would be delivered, he responded promptly and let me know what was going on. The casket arrived in excellent shape and was exactly what we needed. His prompt communication really helped me to not be concerned even though it did arrive later than expected. But he also gave us a great deal because it wasn't a rush delivery. It was well worth the savings of $1,500. I knew we had time and so did he so it was all good. I would order from him again, he was great to work with."
