During a sudden loss, Casket Emporium and Joe was kind and understanding. He gave us the best price possible for a beautiful solid mahogany casket. He was very efficient and really fast delivery as we needed the casket fast.

Hello Joe. Thank you for providing a beautiful casket for my mother. While the color was closer to cooper than gold, it was still a beautiful casket. May only note would be to improve communication to your clients, especially surrounding delivery date/times. As you can imagine, the time surrounding when a purchase of a casket is often very stressful and timelines may also be constrained. Actively (and proactively) communicating with your clients, I'm sure would be greatly appreciated. It is stressful to not get return calls. In the end, all was good and I thank you for that.

The batesville caskets here are affordable and authentic. I paid 4000 less than the funeral home wanted for the exact same casket. The funeral home said its not true and then the exact casket showed up with the warranty and everything. Very happy we looked online.
