Can this be used for cremation?
Yes. It is a full casket rather than a cremation container, so it can be buried or cremated. Confirm with the crematory — some have their own requirements on hardware and finish.
Is this a full couch or half couch casket?
Half couch. Only the upper half of the lid opens, which is the arrangement most families see at a viewing.
Can we buy a casket here and use our own funeral home?
Yes. The FTC Funeral Rule requires a funeral home to accept a casket you bought elsewhere, and they may not charge you a handling fee for it.
How fast can the casket arrive?
Free standard shipping arrives in 2–3 business days; Overnight is $199 and arrives the next business day. If a service is already booked, call us before ordering and we will confirm the date.
Do you deliver directly to the funeral home?
Yes. We call the funeral home ourselves, agree a delivery window that suits them and confirm it back to you. You do not have to arrange anything between us.
