What are stationary handles?
Fixed rails rather than bars on hinged brackets. They do not swing out. Some families prefer the look; pallbearers generally find swingbars easier.

Is this a full couch or half couch casket?
Half couch. Only the upper half of the lid opens, which is the arrangement most families see at a viewing.
