Solid maple under a natural high gloss. Maple is pale and tight-grained, so a gloss finish on it reads bright rather than dark — a different thing entirely from the cherry and mahogany most wood caskets are made of. Eggshell velvet inside, tufted, over an adjustable bed. Square casket corners, swingbar handles, half couch. It fits a standard burial vault and is rated to 500 pounds. At $2,695 it is mid-range among our wood caskets, and one of the few solid maple ones.
