The In God's Care motif is set into the head panel, which is the part of the interior a family sees framed above the person during a viewing. Half couch, so only the upper half of the lid opens, over an adjustable bed. Square corners. It fits a standard burial vault, weighs 200 pounds and is rated to 500. Yes. It is gasketed and sealed, which resists the entry of air and moisture. No casket, sealed or otherwise, preserves remains indefinitely, and some cemeteries do not permit sealed caskets — it is worth asking yours before you decide.
Is this a full couch or half couch casket?
Half couch. Only the upper half of the lid opens, which is the arrangement most families see at a viewing.
