Pecan is close-grained and takes a finish evenly — closer to hickory than to the poplar most caskets at this price use.
At 85 1/2 inches long and 29 wide it is larger than a standard casket, so confirm the vault with the cemetery. At $2,895 it is mid-range among our wood caskets.
